You all are wrong, those things weren't stolen. They were actually destroyed by whatever that killed him during the process of his killing. Explains everything perfectly.

a load of hypos :/ not that useful because atm in fallout 2 generally if somethings strong enough to hurt me enough to warrant healing it can pretty much one shot me otherwise it dosnt do much damage and i can heal it for free by resting
also just noticed i put star wars instead of star trek
