Looking for a "One Piece"/"Bleach" - like, artist!!!???

well this is the link of a OC im trying to design,but yet "she's" not in the kind of style im going for...the style Im going for is more of a bleach,One piece - like style...though I have no Idea what to change to make it close to similar to the style,though im not trying to copy any character for any series....so yeah,anyone want to critique me on how to fix it to this style?and its not just "one piece" its more of a action manga so yeah...
BTW - the story at first starts when shes 8.....when shes shy and but happy...and then later when shes 18....she is very adventurous,cute-sie,and can fight when she needs to.
