Very nice sketch. She is quite appealing. She doesn't seem to have big hips to me...perhaps just personal opinion?
Notes:
-I don't find her arms to be too short, just EXTREMELY thin, particularly her wrist. In comparison to her well-endowed chest and abdomen her wrist looks as if you could snap it with two fingers. Widening the forearm'll solve that problem in a jiffy.
-The linework is rather sketchy. I realize this is a work in progress though so ignore this comment if I'm just speaking too soon.
-With such an interesting character, it's a shame she's just standing there as opposed to....well, doing something. Do you draw action poses or story shots? It'd be neat to see her in her natural environment or doing what she would normally
