RIFT thread.

Everyone should play this game. It's really awesome.
There are either the amazing Defiants or the pussyfoot Guardians. Quests are the usual MMORPG thing, but world events are always happening in the form of rifts and invasions. Rifts open up, creating a pathway to an elemental plane such as fire, water and whatnot. When invasions are going down, shit gets crazy. Whole lot of rifts open up everywhere, you get elite groups of monsters roaming around like they own the place and you have to push the invasion back otherwise they get into your city and fuck some shit.
Opposing faction NPCs also run in and set up footholds in your territory. You shouldn't let that shit fly.

Cool things about this game.
- You choose one of four classes, out of these four classes there are 9 souls. Souls are playstyles such as assassin, bard, marskman and ranger.
- Opposing factions can actually understand each other.
- Defiants.
- Being a necromancer.
- Rogues can tank.
- As can clerics.
- And mages can heal.
- You can have up to 4 specialisations.

Iduno how I feel about this game but I liked the necromancer class.

Necromancers are badass man. Feign death is possibly the greatest spell in every game ever.

I feel like that defeats the purpose of a lot of classes...

It sorta does but if you pick a cleric and try to tank people get mad at you so for trolling purposes it adds a lot to the game.
