That seems to be a common misconception among beginner artists in every field. It doesn't take an expert to point out flaws in artistic pieces of work. If you feel that something is off and requires critiquing then go ahead, provide your critique. If it's wrong, then supposedly you'd be told that you're wrong. Let your voice be heard! Worry about the danger of being curbstomped later.
Now back on topic. I seem to detect a better image quality. I don't know whether you have been touching up things in GIMP or whether you have taken photos in better lighting conditions, but it shows. Your pictures are much clearer now.
