Ace of Spades - Minecraft, but interesting

It's basically a team oriented CTF version of Minecraft w/ gunmod. I personally couldn't play Minecraft due to the lack of objective and no real action, but this solves all that. Though (and this sounds stupid) there is no way to win just yet, you can basically enjoy 90% of the game in spirit, which is shooting the fk out of people combined with the ability to build your own fortifications and such, which adds some elements of freeform RTS to it. I think the 25 block thing is good because it makes you manage resources, esp. on offensive where you can only build so many bunkers/shields. And it also keeps people from getting distracted by Minecraft escapades like building ridiculous shit when that's clearly not the point.

Pretty much it's half and half between building and shooting. But even now, people are getting mad sidetracked and trying to build castles and shit. So to retain any semblance of a shooter, they had to lower the number of starting blocks.
