Since we usually have so little voters, my first thought was to appoint a judge or three, but then (a) the contests would be over within a few minutes and (b) maybe not a problem with three judges, but with one judge there's always the possibility of a bias.

So open voting is the best way to go, as usual.

I'm thinking the only way to increase voting would to make each voting season a forum announcement... but I'm not sure how annoying (?) / appropriate it would be for the people on the forum.

First and foremost, I think its my fault that you guys are misunderstanding the swimsuit edition. I never actually explained how it works so I guess now is the best time to do so.

For this contest, the goal is to create a character that has a combination of cute and sexy qualities. It doesn't have to be only young girls. Teen girls and early 20+ look alike is also allowed. For some example:





Pretty much the saimoe swimsuit contest idea is somewhat aiming for stuff like this[you don't have to follow 100%, you can do it your way as long as it meets the contest requirements ]. This time around all entries must be females only . Its simple and fun.
