Cheeks, and dimples. They are my latest aggravation, because without shading, it is impossible to not make dimples look like giant wrinkles. On colored art, it is usually not a problem because shading can easily create the desired cosmetic.

With traditional art, it's not necessarily difficult, but it is challenging.

Take a glance at this example, for instance.

If I were to simply draw that dimple as a line, it would look like a wrinkle and she would look much older. However, the goal is to draw the dimples while maintaining the youthfulness of the face.
