Yeah, it's one of the positive side effects of video games... trains your patience and endurance for punishments ^_^

That too. And also to train your hand-eye coordination, reflexes, decision-making, etc. But just don't forget that game also have lots of negative side-effects (that most of the time overweight the positive ones).
