No, you're slow and weak. Or you might just have the wrong scooter. I've gotten my Yamaha to go 60MPH, and once I get a tune up it'll probably go even faster. Even if it wasn't nice and speedy, it's super comfortable to ride and only needs a gallon of gas about every week and a half.
