I put wax through hair using my hands to make it stick up, paying most attention to the fringe, then disturb the top to make the texture less even. It's pretty easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Also I love having short hair because it dries quicker and I get compliments on my appearance.

I think the required age to become a lifeguard should be something like 18, minimum.
16 is what it is here. My sister got her license at 16 and she's a really great guard.
Eh, well, either way, It doesn't matter to me, I was always a good swimmer.
