Matt I agree that if you wana keep the beard it's just gotta be kept neat. I don't really think you need a haircut but if you want one you should be going to a salon somewhere (barbershop may not do what I suggest but it's all the same really) and talk with the beautician stylist whatever and ask her you want to look professional but not sure what would look good on you and I she had any suggestions. Men and women have different face shapes and only certain hair styles work for certain shapes and a good stylist should know which is good for you.
