changing my avatar?

so ii wanna change my avatar but i cant figure it out. it was so much easier in the old forum.

For siggy go to Dashboard > Settings and scroll down til you see Signature.

For Profile pic go to Dashboard > Profile and it should be on the right under the MSN looking pic. The link sometimes blends into the background so click a lot around it if you don't see it.

So it looks like adding avatars has become really difficult again, and the FAQ's don't say anything about it.
