The art of Joosh; Update!

Interesting, I do things similar to that when I'm painting. One thing that I do differently is that I work from dark to light. So think silhouette and then start filling in lighter colors where the basic value of the material is lighter and light (direct or indirect) is hitting. Before I do the silhouette I usually toss in a quick and sloppy sketch of the subject that I'm painting just to give me some initial guidelines.

Nisaren those videos were great, and that insect drawing was amazing. I will definitely take into account what he said about over detailing stuff.
Idk if painting in black then going over in colors is something I really like to do. I think I just like the natural feel of painting it out mang.

I like the folds on the second one a lot. You're style is coming along super well. it's like Cype's sketching style, but your own kind of form. ... WOW THAT MADE NO SENSE LET ME JUST LEAVE.

these hands in this image are the same in the above, But I realised that if you put your arms into that position, it hurts somewhat. SO I fixed it.
