No, he definitely is. It's just that what if he goes on vacation, his internet goes down, or he isn't on for a couple of days? Rio said she wanted 2 or more mods on the oekaki for that reason, so I just assumed...

Yeah, I don't mind adding a new mod as Jubeh said he didn't want to be one here. I wonder when Hammie's gonna show up... If she doesn't, I may need to find two new mods instead of one. :|

Cool. Jubeh, if you don't think so could you give me some advice? Modding on the oekaki isn't difficult, and actually is fun. But it may be different here. Any ideas?
