Why do I have to put in my whole Birthday? I didn't put it in when I signed up, but when I went to go edit my Signature, it made it mandatory that I put in my complete Birthday. No way around this right?

No way around. You can make something up. You could also hide it from other people by going to Dashboard > Settings > Privacy Settings > Under Profile, scroll down to the bottom until you see the drop down for Date of Birth. Choose one of the options and Save.
Why our avatars are so tiny?
We have a enormous section to put our avatars, location, registered, post, etc. But the avatars are less than 1:3 of that space.

What he said. I set up the site in October and last month, I opened it up to a few beta-testers hence the different dates.
Why I can't see who is online?
The forum look like a desert when you are unnable to see the people who has log in.
