I just watched the film with is titled the same as the song. It's a good film (if you like love stories, happy and sad movies.)

That isn't ME2. It is used consistently throughout the series, but this particular piece is entitled "Uncharted Worlds." The ME2 OST version is entitled "New Worlds" and is much darker-sounding, drawing a lot from the synth string usage found in the song "The Illusive Man."
