The cranium appears to be very lopsided on the viewer's left. Filling it out with a bit more hair would have fixed it. The shoulder seems to lack jointed structure and is instead sliiightly noodley. I can see where you made a tick mark in the back to indicate a shoulder blade, but that should be pushed back further. I think that's were things started to get a little muddled. But other than that, I really like the hair and the feather detail. You draw eyes like a total beast and those lips. LIIIIPS. WHY can I not draw them? You are a true master, E.

Man what, I didn't even expect the blinking part lol. Love it, only thing I have to say is that it seems the eyes aren't aligned with the jaw, or vice versa. Either that or the eyes just seem really big due in part because the hair is covering up the right side of her face.
Hey, you should try and do one of these with more frames in between, that'd be awesome+ :]
