Some sketches I did today.




I'll be trying to do more semi realism this time around.

whoa! pretty cool man. I understand they are sketches, but might wanna try to clean them up a bit more xP

Pretty cool! The only issues I have is the first one you posted. The lips looks a bit off to me; misaligned; plus the eyes furthest to the viewer looks too closed nearer to the bridge of the nose. I feel that it should slightly be larger.

I like the round nose on the 2nd one. I'm not too good at critques so all I can say is good job.

Here's a random sketch I did in 20 minutes or so.


For some reason I just imagine him saying "And that's where babies come from!"

Man it's hard to crit a sketch but I would like to say that the folds in the shirt are good and everything.

Anyhow, here's a failed attempt at imitating the style of Ayami Kojima.


I might try doing a full picture in this style, now that I can reproduce it easily. (My variation of it, anyway..)

Did you use a brush for the hair? It looks tedious to do. Anyway, great interpretation.

Yeah, I used a brush. It's basically just a bunch of rapid strokes, each stroke creating about 4 lines.

At this point I'm physically restraining myself from drawing him with a whip.
