I've never had the meal on an airplane because my flights have always had tons of layovers, but on the flight from basic to ait my group got a private plane. Some ladies with the mwr gave us each a bag lunch and a bag of snacks for the flight. It was the coolest thing ever, especially since none of us had gotten sweets or pop for like three months.
I liked the food in Korean Airlines and I hear the JAL has good food too. They're not all bad but I wouldn't buy what they serve on planes. It's a total rip-off.
Everything on planes are way to expensive. Last time I flew, I just brought a bag of M&M's. They were delicious if you were wondering.
Chinese airlines have yummy food - but it's uncool that first class gets a menu and economy get's a choice of "beef or pork" "chicken or fish"
All I ever got on an airplane was 4 soda crackers and a cup of water. Most times I didn't even get that.
Were you on Air Canada? Cos that would explain that.
