I crack 'em every like hour. Then I do my fingers and toes. Helps me to loosen up.
Almost like they had to go to school for years and years or something.
Most doctors only sound slightly articulate. They know of what they speak, yet they don't tend to refrain from using "like" as every other word. At least, so I've found in my finite medical experience (that's not true they call me Captain Injury in Boy Scouts).

Then try cracking your entire backbone, perhaps it will terrify them even more ^_^
My private teacher did that every time she teaches me, and I was sooo freak out every time (I still a grade-schooler at that time).
