I figure I'd keep myself honest by posting a thread. I realized the other day that my butt muscles have deteriorated a lot the past 3 months. I need to PT more.

My daily goals:
50 freestyle dumps
100 sitting dumps
25 squatting dumps

My weekly goal:
Excrete at least a mile of poo within 2 or 3 days.

Starting off slowly. I'll probably end up pushing myself to the limit. My condition has become bad, so I might collapse if I go overboard.
