Yesterday I ran 2 mi. Shit was not very cash. Coughed up blood for some reason I really have no clue why. Ran 2.6 mi today. Shit was less cash. My body was not ready. Haven't been doing push-ups and sit-ups yet, trying to concentrate on getting my cardio health up again. Tomorrow I plan on trying to run the 2.6 mi again for shits and giggles. Wish me luck.

hmm im going 2 start running outside now that its getting warmer out so hopefully i will start coughing up some blood soon. I need to buy some proper running shoes tho. they say ur supposed to replace ur runners every 3 months if ur use them regularly
