I figure I'd keep myself honest by posting a thread. I realized the other day that my muscles have deteriorated a lot the past 3 months. I need to PT more.

My daily goals:
50 pushups
100 situps
25 squats

My weekly goal:
Run a mile 2 or 3 days out of the week

Starting off slowly. I'll probably end up pushing myself to the limit. My condition has become bad, so I might collapse if I go overboard.
