So this is essentially Infamous and Prototype, but with custom characters and abilities, and thankfully on the PC with modding support and multiplayer as stretch goals.

I want this game, so I figured I'd tell more people about it. I'm particularly interested in recreating the battles in Chronicle, or maybe even the power mash-up in A Certain Scientific Railgun. And then there's my own superheroes and villains to create and play with--and the modding possibilities are maybe even greater than Skyrim's.
