Hi there!
My name is Renato Goi, but you can just call me Ren. I'm a software engineer, but graphic design has been my hobby since I was a child. I have a Wacom that's been gathering dust for a while now and decided to get back into drawing and digital art for the new year. I'm much better at doing 3D modeling in the Anime/Manga style than I am at 2D art, but I'm willing to make a go at being well-rounded. Other than that, I also run an Anime/Manga review blog.
I'm now going to proceed with burying myself under the tutorials.

I want to do another character soon though, it helps to have front and side view references, so I'm hoping if I learn to draw better, I'll be able to make those myself.
Truth be told, I'm a little nervous about it. I'm a real hands-on learner, with something of a low patience threshold, I really want to avoid getting frustrated.

I recognized the theme on the website instantly... I actually picked up the same one a few days to use on my blog (but didn't).

Drawing is easy! All you have to do is just that: Draw! Also, really cool model. I'd like to see it textures and maybe have some cloth modifiers added to her dress. It's looking fairly thick, to be honest.
