I figure I'd keep myself honest by posting a thread. I realized the other day that my butt muscles have deteriorated a lot the past 3 months. I need to PT more.
My daily goals:
50 freestyle dumps
100 sitting dumps
25 squatting dumps
My weekly goal:
Excrete at least a mile of poo within 2 or 3 days.
Starting off slowly. I'll probably end up pushing myself to the limit. My condition has become bad, so I might collapse if I go overboard.

-Dumped 2.3 miles. I was good when I was dumping but then I stopped and hurt a lot.
-Did 67 jump dumps. Muscles started to cave at 20, had to take breaks. Barely got up after 67.
-Did 108 sitting dumps over the course of 5 minutes. My record 3 months ago was 156 in 2 minutes. Got to get back.
-Did 41 squatting dumps. Would blame it on the long dump but men don't place blame.
