Well this doesn't look great yet i feel like its not that shabby at all. All done with my beloved B pencil :3 and a sample 19 texture brush (by Yumedust.deviantart.com)

Yeah its done. Toning took a while.
2 hours for the whole thing. about 30 to 45 minutes for sketch. 5 minutes for editing and the rest for toning.

your manga reminds me of the first page or last page of a manga which is usually colored. it has that... hmm.. dramatic effect? i don't know how to interpret it.. though.. something like Bleach but this is really nice

oh and good thing you posted that "read left to right" :P

Pretty interesting so far. I think you should really working on facial expressions more. That close up of the eyes just looks like he just woke up or something; it doesn't do anything for me as a reader.

I have only 2 concerns at the moment:
1.- Anatomy is not being consistent. From page 1, panel 1 (1:1) you can see how the anatomy struggles with the perspective or in page 3 panel 2 (3:2) you have again this perspective vs anatomy. I find okay to have some anatomical problems on comics when you do it alone because your hand gets tired and you just try to finish things as fast as possible, but from beginning to end there are some flaws and it bothers me.
2.- Dead spaces between panels. I thing I tried to discussed this one time in here (but as many comic book discussion die), but the thing is that the space between panels, is for many, considered one of the most important parts of the comics, because it conceal the tempo of reading, the time it takes from what happen for X panel to Y panel on the story. You have some good spaces, but in others the cut of the space bothers me, because you don't know the time between X, Y and C panels, as they all have different space length between each other.

Well better to work these things on a practice comic than in a real one, but its quite good balanced anyway and a good tone balance.
