Spam 23: spooky scary skeletons

Watched the Hobbit last night as well. They definitely brought in the lighthearted tones the book had on occasion, and Peter Jackson did a beautiful job not leaving anything out. Any of the critics wondering why it's not like Lord of the Rings need to understand that it's very much not Lord of the Rings, and neither was the book. The idea is that the world goes to complete and utter crap between the events of the Hobbit and The Fellowship of the Ring, due to the return of the dark presence of Sauron

Exactly! I absolutely loved all of the lighthearted moments, and the gollum scenes were just brilliant. It's definitely not as dark as the Lord of the Rings, and honestly... I think I like the Hobbit way more than any of the original movies. It's a fantastic movie experience.

Ya, many critics have being focusing on how lighthearted it is, but thats how the hobbit is.

I sadly saw it on 3D. Its really hurts to watch a 3D movie for 3 hours, and also I was kinda sleepy and the glasses didn't help (I didn't felt asleep, but it hurt my eyes). So if someone have sight problems or can't stand 3D, don't take the risk.

Wow that sucks.

Man something I hate abut 3D movies, is not that there are 3D movies, but that they take away the option to watch them normally as movie theaters are only showing the movies in 3D.
