I remember playing hide and sneak when I was a younger, and I used to act like a normal person as hiding. Like I saw people cutting some bushes, and so I kinda hide there and I acted like I was doing the same. The funny thing is that it worked.

I just want to help and train all the employees at work!
I hear the managers talk so much shit about them but 3 out of 4 are no help to them what do ever. Anyone can do this damn job if they are trained by the right person. Give them goals and hold everyone to them. Have a work standard that is universal! Give feedback even if they don't ask for it good or bad. Telling me "this one has been a complete disappointment to me" is not helping that poor struggling cashier. It's a copout for you to use later when they ask you why the store has been down in sales "oh well look at what I've got working for me. Can't even use the intercom lol.". Even tho I still totally think that to succeed in retail you have to be an actor of sorts I know that anyone can do retail if they are trained the right way. Some people just have a knack for it and others need help but that is what managers are there for.
