Guys, yesterday I got my first Italian Fencing Lesson, and it was pretty cool, also I think I'm going to stay with Italian, as they acknowledge cheating as a proper way of fighting and most of their techniques are to cheat, which is pretty amazing and exactly how I fight.

Dude, fighting is about exploiting the opponent weakness, that's is cheating 101. Also, just read Musashi's Seven Rings, its basically the holy book of cheating, well just half of it is about cheating.

Would you care to explain what you mean by "cheating?" Is this fencing as a sport or as an art/self-defense method? If it's the former, then promoting cheating is an atrocity. The point of rules in a sport is to fairly test certain skills, if you cheat sure you win, but because you aren't playing by the same rules and thus, not playing the same sport. If it's the latter, however, then it's a very good strategy indeed!
