eyes placement are wrong.

These aren't too bad!

On the first: The eyes should have one eye length between them and shouldn't be slanted downward. The eyes should fall at the vertical center of the head. Raise the nose and mouth, too.

On the second: The right eye is smaller than the left.

1) The eye placement is wrong (JJ explains it well), and you have made the eyes slanted so try to straighten them out a bit, raise the right eyebrow a bit and make it flow almost parallel to the eye line (once you have removed the slant and straightened them out), Also I would have expected to see the right ear as the side burn isn't that big

2) Looks much better than the first I still think the eyes are slightly slanted but the placement is much better this time round, I think you have the same problem with the eyebrows again but that is up for debate :P

I assume you're talking about the picture of Sakura. When's you put up new pictures, make a new post for it so that people see that it's new.

The eye's are slanted down. To help straighten your eyes, use two straight lines across the face as guidelines. Also, the hair seems pretty flat on the right side, compared to the left, so it seems off balance.

She's pretty cute. keep up the good work.

Notes I made when looking at your digitally uploaded piece hopefully that should help your eye problems. Most of the points could be interpreted as stylistic but I've noted them because they are worth consideration. Also just a side note not in the image is I think when your drawing the lower eye lid make sure to curve it towards the iris, I've noticed that you curve it away which makes pulls the whole thing into a slant, also try using a ruler and drawing straight guidelines like I have, that will also help
