@DHB: Ahh I actually already watch that person I think xD I checked him out a while ago, and his works on Armored Core...fking epic.
I'll also try and tone down my use of whites, guess I made this too shiny lol.
@Hell_Baron: Lol, thanks man. I got it as background on my laptop atm haha.
Here's the grayscale version...much better looking than that crappy colored one.

Sorry...took a while to get that up with no internet.

I liked the one in color actually, it just needed more light emission from the eyes and hand lantern (thingy).

I just found your thread on CA and remembered that you were really good . . .
This one, though, looks kinda like his face is part of the helmet--like painted on, instead of actually being inside it. Because I'm worlds crappier than you, I have no idea how to fix that. Sorry.

xD CA is a tough place to live...but I'm gud. Thanks bro.
ALSO
It's supposed to seem very skin-tight.
As part of the description for the suit...blah blah blah nano-technology, blah blah, conforms to the shape of the face and hardens to a strength of kevlar when in use. And when the user wants to remove the helmet, it reads the brainwaves, and reduces its toughness to that of rubber, so that the user can easily remove it...so yea...lol....here's this too.

You know, that suit really reminds me of Vanquish for some reason...

Ruler of the Seventh Empire
Lol Vanquish? That's odd.
Guys, so...instead of drawing I've been attempting some modeling.
Here's this kickass gun I modeled. Sort of inspired by the Tar-21, and Halo's MA5B-AR.
Workflow -
Draw silhouette in SketchBook Pro 2010
:Trace over concept in Google Sketchup 7. Extrude, and make the rough low poly model.
:Export as a 3Ds file to 3Ds Max 2010, work in additional details from there.
:Clay render, sorry, the renders are bad lol.
Around 12-13k poly's
Initial concept + Model comparison

Here's a scene.

And here's the latest version. I smoothed out some surfaces, and added in some extra detail.

*In additional news, Triple Flip is taking a bit longer to get out with all this stuff I have to do. I still don't have home internet either, so uploading all of those images will be a pain. I'm waiting for my college money to come through hopefully, then I'll be back full swing.
