the only thing I can think of saying is your air bird's wings look a tad funny. Birds wing feathers are devided into three sections, long, medium and short. The short are tight and can be drawn with a line, but the medium are between the others, and should at least have a squiggle...
K, way late on the replies, but thanks all of you haha.
Well, lately I've come across the abilities of Dynamesh in Zbrush4R2, and it is amazing. I've been working on these two.
I'm thinking of stretching out the hind-legs on the demon, to give it a more powerful stance.
More dynamesh doodlin' around, except I'm taking more time on this one, since I have a concept I'm going off of.
Started with this doodle, and so I'm trying to stick close to it.
Here's the work in progress
I may either completely get rid of the cloth part, or just redo it with a base mesh in Max.
Oh. And a face.

All is good, id say that the drawing f that head misses a little bit of a..... well.......head. Other then that all is good. Could i just ask when you do stuff 3d you always use the mirror option right? Also any tips on Sculptris, tried Zbrush but its way complex for a 3D noob like me. Love the little details on the 3D head gear
Lol, I have a problem with over-stylizing head and face size.
Also, yea I like Sculptris. I use it every once in a while, basically, use the crease tool for those sharp hard edged details. When stuff gets messy, press the divide button, but not too many times. And try to work loose. Zbrush isn't all that hard actually, once you get used to it...I'm still sort of a 3D noob myself. Got a long ways to go.
Update on the Eater. Rough up one of the rings on it's back as a test, think turned out ok. Did some more work on the face, details on the stomach. And added the teeth to the necklace.

Updates.
I did what I said I'd do, and remade the cloth in 3Ds Max. And while I was at it, added in some strings. I'm getting close to the finish line with this one.
The face-mesh isn't based on your sketch is it? For while it is not by any means a bad face, it really doesn't resemble your sketch.
Nope, not based on the sketch.
