ok so my sister is a writer and she wants to try to do a webcomic with me... Idunno how it's really going to turn out but we'll see. Here's the first character, took 3-4 hours to draw. Just used some ref to get ideas for the clothes. For some reason the skin color looks fine on one monitor and kind of dead on the other. I need to buy a color calibrator at some point as;ldfk. Thanks for stopping by

Ooo, this is really great!!! There are only two things I see. First, I think the feet should be a little bigger. Second, the arm on the right looks really skinny and it's upper portion appears too short.

Cool. ive noticed you seem to refine the face but then kind of make the rest of the character unfinished looking. I think you just need more highlights and contrast all around, but mostly in the clothing. Her pose is also quite awkward looking and not very natural. Like why is one arm outstretched and the other behind her back.

I agree with Toast's observation on the values, but I understand you on the monitor thingy; my own monitor seems to have some issues with that stuff as well =( And the pose does look forced; I think mostly because the arm seems too rigid. But the outfit is very well put together, I really like it

Oooh, yay, my request was accepted. :> Now for the character. PoA's Notes: I can honestly see nothing wrong with it. Probably because I am a horrible Critiqueist, but the only thing tat looks wrong come at first glance is the hand. Is it behind her back or ina pocket, I can;t rally tell. :3 But, its looking awesome! Even thoughher expression is kind of downing. :3

Idunno, it looks like its behind her back. There's nothing really suggesting that it could be in a pocket.

Thanks everyone! Yeah the more I look at it the more crappy the pose looks, I honestly don't know what I was thinking lol with the arms. And I definitely need to spend more time on the bodies of my people/drawings
