Trouble with the Oekaki Contest Room

I submitting a WIP into the Oekaki Contest Room, then I went to retouch it, spent two hours finishing it, and tried to submit it, but no matter how many times I tried, it kept saying there was an error with the program. I exited out and tried again (spent another two hours on the picture) and it said the same thing. I used the "Snip Tool" on my computer to save the picture to my computer and then put it in my MT gallery.

Is there any way I can still submit it into the contest (like by a link to it in my gallery or something)? Or do I have to start it completely over...
