Three days (72 hours) for both bath and food (I didn't get to sleep much either). I had a super phun tyme you guys, <3 Swedish army <3
No really I used to fast on the regular but it just doesn't pay to starve yourself. So I just meditate longer & eat what the fuck I want. I DO wash my ass daily though these days.

I know it seem like a long time & it is but, if you don't use a lot of energy you can make it for that long with just water. And juice. I said I did drink water AND juice...lots of OJ & cranberry juice. Pissed like a broke legged race horse & didn't do much by way of activity either.
