I really like the character design of that pic you linked methe only things I can see are what's already been said, about the mouth too low, and the lower leg being a bit thin. I also think that maybe on the arm on (our) right, the line at the elbow showing the bend of the arm is maybe too long, for the position of the hand - when I put my arm in that position, the line didn't seem to go quite so far across.
