To be honest, you shouldn't be any of those three bottom things. You just need to chill and clear your head, and realize that she probably never felt the same way about you that you did for her(and now I can tell because you said she brough out the 'standard bullshit' which almost 99% of the time means 'yea, I want out, here's this line'), and that's only natural. It's a part of life.
But you can't move on if you're pissed at something you essentially had no control over.
