I dunno how much ofa jerk ill sound like after saying this but.... why do you do manga faces? They are cute and all but one of the main qualities of manga come from a somewhat flat face with no shadows.... AND YOUR SHADOWS ARE FUCKIN AMAZING!!! Your anatomy is ALMOST perfect some minor proportions hiccups here and there, but besides that they are great, and i really think you should try experimenting with faces a little bit ( i understand that you probably just like the 'look' of manga an thus draw them but i think you could do so much more!!!) Also do some more hand studies.... i should too....

Yeah you make a very good point, I guess it's because it's the only part that I still actively 'stylize' the rest I try my best to be proper (even if I mess up quite badly sometimes :P). Thanks for the comments, I will conduct some more portrait studies! I guess it's been a month since I last tried one out

Oh gawds a male :P the actual widths of shoulders and waists and hips on the original I was given to draw were a bit weird, so I think I copied it a bit too much >.>' especially the shoulder width :L

Both look great! The first's closest eye is a bit lower than the far one. On the second, I'm not so sure the clothe around his chest would be pulled like that; there's no real reason for it to be that tight and that low, especially since tunics like that are usually of thicker fabric.
