The extended leg looks like it has two knees. Also, the connection of the upper and lower leg doesn't look natural. I think the foot should be turned downward a little bit.
The hand may look a little better with the fingers spread out.
Other than that, very nicely done! Super cute!

Hmm overall looks good.
I think her right arm (our left) is a bit short. May be you should angle it outward a bit .
The legs are different sizes even with perspective factored in.

@JJ - Thanlsand yeah I see what you mean, I will try to fix that up
@Tk3 - Yeah it's a bit short because it was foreshortened on the reference I used, probably didn't make that clear enough :/ thanks for pointing that out
@Stan - The left leg in the ref was pointing slight towards us whereas the right leg is held out straight, that's why they don't add up size wise but from now on I will try to make that more clear, thanks for posting
