these look good

try to retain consistency when making model sheets. eCho is slightly larger than the two faces flanking it, and because it makes it seem like you're slightly closer to the character in the middle, it would cause a completed model sheet to look messy.
her neck changes size, getting larger in "really?' than it was in "shock"

Okay, will fix the neck sizes and as for eCho that will be boxed off and sort of separate so it was deliberately a little larger just so the key differences are seen when I finish it (as subtle as they will be) :L and thanks, glad that they look acceptable

I have, only thing is some of the characteristics are a bit cliched at the moment, i'm working on how to make them more unique right now whilst SAI is unusable :L but there is some definite points I want to keep

i think your faces are too low on the head......if that makes any sense.
Try moving everything ( eyes, nose, ears, mouth...) more upwards.
