This is cute!! The hands are a little too small and her head may be just a bit too big.

Well if the head is looking up then the chin could probably benefit from being less pointy and possibly seeing a bit of the underside of the head.

That head position from that particular pose+angle doesn't work out well in manga.
That head position breaks the style, so you see a lot of manga artists do that pose from profile or from bird's-eye.
The more extreme the angle, the more it breaks. You'd have to switch more and more into semi-realism to pull that off.
