    Pork rinds are actually good for a diet. Most dietitians and weight loss drs will tell you to eat some with your meal. You can also just do veggies like crazy. Make sure they are washed properly though. You burn more calories eating celery than there are in celery. Fruit is ok but keep it limited to. Look into the paleo diet.

    If you are trying to lose weight you should probably stop thinking of food as 'good for you' and 'bad for you'.

    Food that is bad is just food that pushes you over your calorie limit. Traditional 'good' foods can do this to you if you eat it in excess. Consider how much sugar there is in fruit.

    ya thats super true, counting calories is the best way to lose weight, I started doin that a few months ago and ive lost like 20 pounds since then

    60lbs going gluten free. That was for health reasons though and the weight loss was a bonus.
