I'm trying to lose a bit of weight. I've been exercising, but I have a big appetite. Is there some kind of snack or food that I can eat in excess without gaining weight?

just think about it, look at the nutritional info on the side of the packaging. Fruits, vegetables are good, especially organic ones. Meats are good too, especially chicken breast, its high in protein and low in fat, so you will feel more full cuz of that. Also idk if u know but never eat until you're full, only eat until you're not hungry anymore. Yogurt and stuff like that are okay too, just don't have too much cuz its fairly high in fat and too much dairy is not good. a bit is ok tho. Also greek yogurt is supposed to be super good for u, so maybe try some of that, idk.
