Like that Spongebob episode where Spongebob became "normal." It freaked everyone out, and I have no doubt a completely "normal" person would freak everybody out in real life, too.
Mental health is like beauty. If you average all the women in the USA's facial features together, you'll get someone most people find super attractive. If someone has average features, they're seen as most attractive, but it's rare for most people to be that close to average. Most people deviate from the norm; that's just statistics. Mental states are the same. Everyone has quirks, so most people aren't perfect paragons of normality. It's probably even rarer for people to be perfectly mentally well than for them to look like a Greek deity, because mental health has so many more factors involved.
Anyway, someone who's perfectly normal in the West would be fucked up. Not to mention boring.
TL;DR: Nobody is normal. Being abnormal is normal. Look at bell curves.

@corastaur: that is completly true
My greatest character flaw is that sometimes I'm nice to people. I just can't help it, but I know I really need to stop...
Oh sylux...
I also lose everything. EVERYTHING. I lose chapstick all the time, i lost my tablet pen this week, I lost my ipod sometime last month. Still haven't been able to find it... I think it's somewhere at home tho. I lose books, I lose myself when I'm traveling... meaning I get lost easily. I am basically a space cadet when it comes to keeping track of objects.
Paint in the ass eh
