I don't think Blizzard messed anything, they have made it extremely well, just look at how many people play WoW.

To me it seems like they did it for the money. They know exactly what they're doing, because they release StarCraft II, and not World of StarCraft. And look at what they've did with Diablo III so far.Originally Posted by ClockHand

I have my problems with Diablo III (around art direction and other stuffs), but the game seems pretty solid and well done. Even more the whole game looks like it has been very well thought.
And obviously they are going to go for the money. Are they a charity or something? Its a video game company, they win money at selling games, at least they are doing it through selling good games.
Regardless my defense I'm not going to play Diablo III, so yeah, lol.
I dunno, I find it insane to essentially pay for a game over and over again, so in the end, you've bought it numerous times.
That's why I don't play games that require subscriptions.
So are you going to play Guild Wars 2?
Last MMO I played pretty much religiously was Shattered Galaxy, about three years ago. I just don't have the time or patience for those types of games anymore, even though I'd love to get into em again.
So yeah, play Guild Wars 2, even more get a pre-purchase, get into beta and rub it on James face.
But...But.. Borderlands 2! D:
Rubbing at james face that you are playing a game he is not.
I believe this is enough reason to play a game.
