I use danbooru, konachan and pixiv a lot for reference, and google image search.
I also have a stockpile of manga books that have a few good references, and youtube videos like those of Mark Crilley, cartoonblock and koizu.

idrawgirls on Youtube. Because he draws girls, and I want to as well.
Sinix on Youtube.
Yabuki Kentaro. My first real influence.
Tony Taka. Early influence, picked it up again recently.
George Bridgman. I like his method of outlining the body: 3D cubes, not 2D circles.
Obitual Crow. Admittedly, the first reason I'm on this site, also the first artist I saw when I came here.
Sutari. The other reason I'm here.
Random images on g.e.hentai (or whatever that site's called). Can't remember any of the artists.
Random images on Konachan. Can't remember any of the artists.
Hmm. I need more realistic artists in that list.

Hirano Katsuyuki (my best reference of course and probably the only reference I got for drawing guys OTL)
John Hathway (my reference for background details)
Fox Orian (also one of my reference in backgrounds)
H2SO4 (probably my best reference for girl clothes)
Kantoku( my first face and hair reference though not anymore)
Nichiijiro Sakura( my current face and hair reference)
Asahiage (probably my reference for loli characters as well as some other clothing)
And some queen's blade artbooks for reference for poses.
