A woman in here parked on a disabled spot (don't know if its the proper word in English) so she could go to her Yoga class, the thing is a guy discussed about this again the woman (and recorded in a video the discussion) and the woman believed it was her right to park there.
Dunno, but for my in Chile they suck at driving in any sense, even at parking. We are not that bad as in some zones of Peru or Bolivia, where drivers are crazy.

you wanna see the worst roads go on a road trip through india. the main highways are gravel at some points, i kid you not.
