Well exactly jeez how do you expect me to pay for both? If I live at home with my mom while I go to college I still have to pay her ridiculous rent, like $800 a month, so might as well split the bill with Jai and Mike and get our own place. But even then we'd only have a hundred bucks or so left over for buying useless crap. So college isn't really an option.

Hey, I'm not saying I'm expecting anything from you. XD

We all blow money on something, and I personally like to learn. /shrug
But my dad didn't go to college. He was the first in his family to even graduate high school. But he makes most of the money between my parents (even though my mom is a nurse), so of course I'm not going to say that college is for everyone and you'll fail without it.

I used to blow like 20 bucks or so of my bagger's paycheck on soda, might've been 30, and as a bagger I really only made like.... 180, I think.

I'd like to go to college, in my case, it'd probably be the difference between sink and swim. Not to put down JC education, but times are tough, and a degree helps.

I know a lot of successful people who haven't gone to college. However, most of them at least went to trade school or specialty training.

That's what Job Corp is, basically. Yes, you can get GED or HS diploma there, but you go there primarily to learn a trade. After that, I think I might go to one of those UTI uni's they talk about on tv.

I know there are alot of successful people who never went to college. Me, though, I'm the type that needs college to be successful, otherwise I be screwed, lol.

I was thinking Diesel mechanics, I heard you can make a shit load of money working as a mechanic at the mines, but there's always a chance I might learn to do something else. However, I'm really hoping to get training in DM, because that career is solid I think.
